BALTIMORE, Md. (Feb. 4) – In his first year as the head coach of the Waynesburg University women's lacrosse team, Chay Lahew guided his team to the first two victories in program history and saw his players rewrite the school record book in nearly every category.
Lahew's efforts with the Jackets caught the eye of one of the sport's leading publications, Lacrosse Magazine. Recently, he was featured in an article that was released on the front page of the magazine's website, www.laxmagazine.come.
The piece focuses on how Lahew has not only been making strides with the program that is heading into its third season, but also on how the former All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) offensive lineman and current longtime assistant with the Yellow Jacket football team has had to make some changes in his thinking when it comes to his work with the Jacket women.
